ESA South, Inc. is a CVE-Verified SDVOSB business founded in 1999. Working from our principal office in Cantonment, Florida, Los Angeles, California, and satellite offices in Fort Hood, TX and Poplar Bluff, MO we specialize in providing construction and construction management services for commercial and Government agencies, with projects ranging from $5,000 to more than $20,000,000.  We have extensive experience supporting Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for the Design and Construction of Federal Healthcare Facilities, Department of Defense Installations, US Federal Buildings and Courthouses, and NASA Facilities. 

Additionally, ESA South has various contracts supporting Federal Disaster Response activities with both FEMA and the US Army Corps of Engineers. Our active contracts cover the entire continental United States (CONUS) and the Caribbean.

  • Information and Operational Security – ESA’s key personnel have performed training for federal security and hold certificates for AT-Level 1, OPSEC, and VA Privacy and Information Security Awareness and Rules of Behavior.
